  • Total culinary operations including menu development based on passenger demographics.
  • Restaurant and beverage service in all F&B outlets.
  • Provisioning of all food, beverage and non-food items needed for the onboard hotel operations.
  • Recruiting and training to the highest standard cruiseline-dedicated crew and management (three-month training programme).
  • Cleanliness and hygiene; we ensure cleanliness up to or higher than the USPH standards and train our crew in personal hygiene to avoid any foodborne illness onboard.
