How we do this?

CSS has realised from the start that the crew is the most important part of the onboard operation. That is why we go to great lengths to hire the most dynamic and talented people with an attitude that says “I am here to serve”.

Our CSS Academy in the Philippines trains our new employees and returning crew in the areas in which they are going to work onboard with the main focus on passenger/guest satisfaction. We train on cleanliness and working cost-effectively without reducing the quality of the product. Our bar staff is trained first of all to serve but also to try and sell that extra most important drink. Our restaurant staff is trained to serve food but also to have knowledge of the various menus and buffets in order to explain to the passengers what food is available.

We continuously monitor our crew for the more talented employees in order to promote these members of staff to higher positions which also helps to maintain a constant excellent onboard product.
